My elderly neighbors' Yahoo got hacked. Yahoo Help referred them to Max PC Support to clean up their computer. Because their email was hacked???? Can you say SCAM?!? Again Indian accented help talking fast. They original email account was destroyed a new one set up. As best I can tell they were given access to Elisa's computer.

Luckily my neighbors called me this morning. We changed password on the new email account. Called the bank and stopped payment on the credit card charge. And I am writing a Blog on this issue. But wanted to put it out here also. This seems collusion between some help at Yahoo and an outside company. I will report to Yahoo also.
