Just like others, I was misled into thinking that these people were a yahoo helpline. I was having problems with yahoo mail and they said that I had been hacked. I believed them, but did not figure out that this was their scam to get all my information including credit card number, phone numbers, my name and birthdate. They did help me with my problem and told me all sorts of stuff to try to convince me they are legit. It sounded very fishy. I finally saw another complaint that was identical to mine. I guess I should have verified the phone number before I called...
