In June I called AT&T for tech support. Computer ran slow with error notices. Was referred to GTH at 1-800-941-7590. Talked to a technician and he fixed some of the problems. He told me it would cost $500.00 for a years's free service, they would install new virus protection, and I should drop Kapersky. In October I got a phone call from GTH saying my computer was full of errors and they would fix it for $195.00. I told the caller I had already paid $500.00 for guaranteed free service. He said they had no record of the call or payment (the payment is on my July credit card statement). After an unproductive discussion I terminated the call. This is beginning to sound like a scam. AT&T should be aware of this.
