Middle of February we recieved a phone call from Todd Goodman Consumer Advocates Group at 11901 Santa Monica Blvd. Suite 574 Los Angeles California 90025. He indicates that he could reduce my monthly payment by loan modification and possible forensic audits aymentand lower mothly payment and principal. He stated in order for me to do loan modification he needs $2195.00 upfronts fees. But just because im short of cash there is $305.00 finance fees. On April 22, 2011 he recieved all my payment $2500.00. Company also gave me website to check the status of my case, over the period of 4 months - keep checking my case nothing but " files in reviews "" files in processing".I called the Consumer Advocates Group numbers of times either i been shift off with different Reps or leave message to a machine. On May 3,2011, I email the company that I wanted refund, I also called Todd Goodman luckily he answer the phone and talked to me briefly, he told me loan modification is been approved and i been shift off again to another Reps. Again I sent email on June 27, 2011 i want my money back services failed to performed, also in a contract that I signed 100% money back guarantees except $795.00 processing fees. Until now, I keep calling leave messages numerous times and sent email no response. Please help me to get my money thank you so much.
