I was contacted by Nathan Cass in November 2011. He promised to lower my payment to $524, per month, by January 2012. I told him I have three children and this was right before Christmas, so we could not afford to pay them if they could not help us. He guarenteed and promised I would get a full refund if they could not help me. Once they got the money I could not get into contact with Nathan Cass. Cadice answered the phone a few times, but wasn't very helpful. After a while my calls would not go through. I honestly think they blocked my number. Faxes will not go through either. Since I started submitting complaints they have responded via email but very unprofessional. They told me I could not have a refund because I have a sale date. We are losing our home, thanks to CAG. I hope something can be done because they should not be allowed to get away with this. I just hope other people do not fall for the same trick so many of us have.
