Like many others,I too purchased an X20 steam mop from this company, it took weeks to arrive, and worked for 10 minutes. Three months later I was still being fobbed off, and they have never refunded either the original cost or the return carriage.
I eventually claimed through the credit card I paid with. This company ought to be shut down for good. I see Facebook has removed their page, as there were so many complaints against them, this is hopefully the first move to removing their trading habits completely.
