I initially ran a sample inquiry on someone to see what came up, and the lead-in data appeared to be good. However, I did not like the cost options and was going to back out when the $1.00 promotion popped up. So I said what the heck, let's give it a try.
To my surprise, the promotion was stated to be valid for five days, so I ran a number of inquiries, but the info was rather shallow and inaccurate in places. After that I quit and figured I had no use for the service.
But, after the fifth day they hit my credit card with $29.63 in membership fees which I never agreed to! I called them immediately to cancel and get a full refund, but their reasoning was that I was supposed to call them to cancel before the fifth day or default to automatic membership. This is a total scam because I never saw any such terms in the pop up message with the $1.00 offer?? Was it buried in the fine print somewhere on the webpage?
They are supposedly processing a 50% refund which I will believe when I see it, in the meantime I suggest that everyone should avoid this crooked illegal scheme and not fall for their come on deals.
