Honda USA and plaza Honda allow bait and switch to there customers , my husband was called buy plaza Honda to get a early termination on a new Honda accord and he told them exactly what was involved and how much we are paying now , they told my husband that he could get a new car with leather seats for the same price , he is disabled but they forced him to come in anyway , when he got there they told him it was going to cost more or he can get another car but that also will cost more . they are trying to take advantage of the elderly and Honda usa gave me a complaint #no12013-05-0900107, they caused me and my husband pain and suffering for there own financial gain . please expose them for what they really are .Car salesman's are lieers that take advantage of the public and Honda america Allows it.

  • Here's a perfect example of people using the interent in order to malign businesses and other people when businesses don't give into these people's unrealistic demands. This customer called Plaza Honda before he came in inquiring about an early termination of his existing Honda lease. Gratefully we record sales calls. He totally misrepresented the lease payment he was paying and how many months he had left on his lease (he said he 1 month left he had 7 and said he pays $199 he pays $276). When he finally came in we explained to him that we do early terminantions on leases but need to get a payoff from Honda Finance to get this process going. He would not provide us with the necessary information for Plaza Honda to get a payoff being that the lease wasn't in his name but in his mother in-law's name (so he says). After repeated failed attempts at getting a payoff using incorrect social security numbers the "customer" left the showroom all the while threatening a smear and complaint campaign. He expected us to use a payoff amount he reportedly got from Honda himself and wanted to spend $16800 on his trade without verification. Additionally we exacted no "financial gain" as this complaint states being we never sold this person a car and we can't force anyone to do anything including coming into our showroom. We ask for them to come and if they come they come. This complaint is bogus. Plaza Honda did nothing wrong.
