ON 19th Aug 2011 I ordered a new Honda Jazz and put a deposit of £500 down. The next day on the 20th Aug 2011 I cancelled the order verbaly and in writing, and asked for the return of my deposit.
On the 24th Aug 2011 i recieved a letter from the Deale Principal, who stated he was unable to return the deposit of £500 and it would be Kept for 12 months as a balance against any future purchase. On the 16th and 30th Aug 2012 I contcted Honda Nottingham again but was told the deposit was forfeit
