I submitted a change of address for the USPS as I have done before. I find out later when I receive my credit card bill that I have been billed $19.95 by changemyaddress.com. I was totally unaware that I was not on the USPS site. I have left messages at the customer service number and not never been able to reach a human being.
This is clearly a scam and an attempt to fraudulently extract money from innocent customers.
