Yesterday received the same letter as others shown on this website....winner of $3M if sending in $11.89 within 7 days from receipt. Amazing that people still fall for this stuff but the problem is that the paperwork does look so genuine. However, the key is you shouldn't have to pay to receive it was real. Hope others do not get caught up in this scam.
