Went to seminar at local hotel where Dean Graziosi's group presented investment opportunities in real estate, tax liens and tax deeds. The offer a program to teach you the process. You need to pay to go to a 3 day retreat at a hotel in Nashville, TN. THere you learn nothing whatsoever, however, they then pitch you to buy a week seminar for over 10,000 dollars. The ponzi scheme, scam goes on for ever aqnd you just get some videos that provide you basic marketing principals, which you can obtain for free at a public library. Looked on Google Dean Graziosi scams, and to my surprise the list goes on forever. Multiple complaints and scams all over the country. Can't believe the FBI is not after these crooks.
