The 3-day investing workshop is a scam to get you to continue to "buy in" to more training. From the very beginning, the trainers are asking the "students" to go out and open as many cretit cards as they can...even having them inquire for credit increases on the lunch break! They talk in circles and present material that is confusing and then follow it up by telling the class they will learn more in the advanced training. It is a pyramid where they ultimately try to get people to pay $40,000 to attend a "summit" where they will actually get to meet "Dean" and buy property from him. These are properties "Dean" has already bought and sells to his "students" to make more money for himself. It is a scam!
