Upon reviewing my bill on a seldom used cc I noticed a $19.65 charge. The description was "DPTS GROUP 888-3324560 TX", something very unfamiliar. I called and promptly cancelled a membership I did not sign up for. It was refunded 10 days later. Then I went back into my account and looked 120 days ago and noticed a another $19.65 on Feb 5 but its description was different: "DIETINST8778943532 AUSTIN TX". I called this number and the same person answered. When I asked to have it refunded, she initially said it was past the date for refunding. When I stated they would have to argue with my cc company, she came back a minute later saying her supervisor gave her permission to make the refund.
