The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity

International boundaries
On Feb. 13th, I purchased a $ 49.95 package.
The traffic was supposed to send out 10 million plus visitors and split the traffic between 3 wordpress blogs.
Well 2 months later, there are no results, other than 0 results. There has NOT been any increase of any kind to my blogs.
This is nothing but a lie and a scam.
