I bought internet traffic from this company and in a month they didn't deliver not a single visitor to my site. I payed via PayPal and couldn't get refund, because as PayPal says:
"After careful consideration, we're unable to decide this claim in your favor at this time.
The item is ineligible for PayPal Buyer Protection because it is intangible." So beware of etraffic247 and their false services. They obviously found a way how to sell their (Inappropriate Content Removed) without getting any refunds.
