Appstack sold itself as a way for marketing firms to use their technology to run mobile ads for their clients. The product isn't even that good but the fact that it was turn key caught my attention. I decided to try it. I had a client agree to run a large mobile ad campaign... and that's when Appstack got weird. I had no problem contacting their offices until I needed help putting a client into the system. They avoided my calls, wouldn't train me and always had lame excuses for why they couldn't help me.

I decided immediately that if this is how you are treated when you have money for them I can't imagine what it will be like when I don't. So, I cancelled... or so I thought. I called, I emailed and I told them DO NOT BILL ME... I AM CANCELLING. Nobody ever responded. Deborah Christiansen, who sold me the product just disappeared.

I thought it was fine until I was billed two months later. Still trying to resolve it.

PLEASE Do not trust them if they come to you to help your business. Find somebody local that does the same thing and be done with it. They are a really bad company.
