I signed up for a free trail offer for 30 days to advertise my massage business. I was told after 30 days the cost would be $19.95 per month to continue to advertise my business. I gave them my debit card for the "free" trial, which they insisited was necessary. After 30 days, my debit card was charged $59.95. I was not notified previously by the company that the card would be charged, nor was I contacted by phone or e-mail that the free trial offer was ending and that I needed to contact them to confirm I wanted to keep my account. When I contacted the company, they refused to return my money, told me I was given "incorrect" information, ya-de-da. I was forced to cancel by debit card and they refuse to refund my money.
