They call me to do advertising with them. They offer me in email writing to be exclusibe taxi company in Brooklyn and guarantedd no hiding fees and perfomace for one month for $199.00 a month.
They provided me 4 recording calls of 4 garbage phone calls as follow:
1. Looking for price in SUV and hangup.
2. Phone call out of our area ( Manhattan Grand central to Manhattan Jarvits center)
3. Out of State phone call Paramus New Jersey...and
4. Brooklyn East New York, out of service area and client need the car right away.
My business is airport service with 30 minutes or hour early reservation and appstack team place wrong headlines of right away service and other BS headlines that is not good.
I provided them my own headlines and they never used. I complained and in 5 days they report 33 phone calls but prooved only 4 phone calls. in other words I pay $50.00 for each phone calls that come to my business and didn't created one single dollar in return.
I will not let them go with this internet scam and lie more inocent business owners. It's real report agains fraudelent internet advertising.

We apologize for your frustrations, however we have to disagree with your complaint. Customer service is of an upmost priority to us and as we mentioned in our email correspondence with you, the four calls recordings we sent were just the four MOST RECENT calls in your call log. Not the entire list of recordings.
Also, when attempting to resolve this situation with you over the phone, you repeatedly disconnected the call with our Account Management team, which resulted in our team not being able to fully address your concerns. Your account was given a FULL refund prior to this complaint due to your dissatisfaction.
As a successful advertising company, we put our customer's satisfaction at the top of our list of priorities. We work hard to provide our customers with results and if for what ever reason we are not able to perform we will always make it right. In this case, not only did we perform with the leads we guaranteed upon sign up, but we also refunded your account.
If you would like to discuss this matter further, please do not hesitate to call us back.

Dear AppStack team,
I have sent 3 emails and not responds from your team. I didn't disconnected any phone calls from your company. My business run over the phone, from reservation to perform any jobs. I request all phone calls recording and you guys sent only 4. I expend hundreds of dollar in google, bing and facebook adv. with more and positive results than 4 calls from your system that did not generated any gaing for my business or my drivers. If you made full refund as you mention, then try to correct the problem and not do same mistakes agains other business owners.

Just to let you know that you try to screw small business owner. I keep my
worlds and defend my reputation in public. "YOU ARE LIERS" you summited only 4 recording at $50 each.
You don't honor your words and am skeptical that you will survive in the competitive advertising business.
