Bought a 15 points diamond ring at a sale price of $599 from the original $799 price (as what the staff said). Its pricey i know, but i loved the ring. I dont have my ring size available so they ordered one for me, and took 10days for them to receive it and another couple of days to send to me as i live far from the store. After wearing the ring for almost three day,note that i barely wear it. I dont even wear it to sleep and at work, it already tarnished. I sent it back with all the receipts and guarantees. Then they call me to say that they polished it and cleaned it, and would send it back after 10days because they'll give me some free cleaning cloth. I want a refjnd because i am not satisfied with the product quality. I cant imagine a ring that will easily tarnish after a couple of days. They refused for a refund. Isnt it illegal to refuse refunds?
