IE Lueviers Services advertised that 2425 S. Marigold Place, Ontario, CA 91762 for $ 1,300.00 per month for a four bedroom, two bathroom, three miles from my work. So, on February 07, 2012, I submitted my application for the above address for a $ 300.00 deposit toward the first month’s rent. Turns out that the rental was already leased out by Jeff, Investors Choice Management phone # (909) 725-0475. On February 12, 2013, I was getting the run around by Yvonne, Customer Service, stating that the owner wants to do a meet and greet on February 15, 2013. I questioned; how much is the deposit, what do I bring to the meeting, etc. and she said just show up to the appointment. On February 14th she cancelled the appointment. So on February 20th, 27th and March 13th, 20th and 27th I showed up asking for my money back. Yvonne, Jimmy and Arthur Joe tried making appointments for other rental for a three bedroom, two bathrooms for $1,750.00 12 miles from my work; which is unacceptable. These people did not provide any services as advertised.
I’ve submitted a refund request and Jimmy, Karen, Pablo, Roy, Maggie and Diane have all give me the run-around. Then on, March 27, 2013, I received a letter ‘denying’ the refund request for $300.00 for the deposit I of which have a receipt for.

According to the Better Business Bureau, 315 N. La Cadena Dr., Colton, CA 92324, and (909) 825-7280. IE Lueviers Services is not a register business in the local areas.
