We signed up with T-Mobil on or about 1/11/13. We decided that we didn't like the plan. T-Mobil said that there was a 15 day trail period and if we didn't care for the plan we could return the phones and they would refund us for the returned products. We mailed the phones back on 1/25/13 via USPS - Express Mail. Thank goodness we mailed it with proof of delivery. My husband has called several times and each time they act like they don't know what he is talking about but then they miraculously find the return information after my husband gives them the tracking number from when we returned the phones.
