I started receiving text messages in October that said my subscription has renewed, $9.99 for 3 msg/week....I ignored the text 'knowing' I had no such subscription. I just found out the 9.99 charge was being added to my T-Mobile phone bill and i had been paying it. T-Mobile gave me SportsFactz number. I called and when the girl answered with "Would you like to unsubscribe"? To sum it up i said yes but want reimbursement for the charges since October $49.95. She said they would send me 19.98 within 3 days. Two weeks later i called again and went through the same conversation. WAITING again.
