This appeared on my phonebill. I did not authorize this at all. How can I get my telephone company to reimburse me back for this charge. Please advise. I am afraid this might be a recurring charge. Thank you.

- Hi, I got the exact same problem! I was aware of it only today and the cellphone provider billing statement showed this info: Beckava Sports Alts with their contact no. 877 5299666. I called this number and i got a machine which did not state who they were, and that they are "sorry" for the inconvenience of having technical difficulties. Never downloaded anything, never knew of this charge done 8/26/12. Called my phone provider, insisted to blacklist this tel. no. and block it from all my lines and hopefully I will not be charged again. Hope this helped.
