Started recieved 2 texts over the month, one was Stating that I had been signed up for this service and it costs $9.99. I never respond to these txts. The next billing period I noticed my bill was $9.99 more than usual. so I looked and found out that I had been charged. I had to call my cell provider (T-Mobile) and they said that it had to go through a refund process that takes 30 days to process.
It seems that this scam is quite simple, sign up people without their authorization and collect the charges at the end of the month.
