I fell for this $4.95 starter kit as well, however I did recieve it. Shortly after I was notified by my bank that they had taken 115.00 dollars from account. I was told when I contacted them that I did not authorize that. They have told me to send a package of cartridges back to them and they would refund me 79.99. I have called them on a weekly basis to get my partial refund back and have got the run around and even lied to! I have the RM# that they told me to write on package, which ultimatley has no meaning at all! Then last week I was given a confirmation number along with the promise my 79.99 would be placed back into my account. Guess what, no money...called again today and was told now that my confirmation number does not even exist!! I will not stand for this and yes, they still have my account number too. My bank was not going to pay, in fact they froze my account. When I talked with someone the following day they assured me as sooon as they got the cartridges back, they would make a full refund. Nothing but lies!
