I ordered 10PK of Java Flavor Cartridge (10PK) from them on 8/22 and immediately my credit card was charged and seconds later I received an email that it was back ordered. Their website does not mention it was back-ordered and other people who order will be in for a surprise as well. Its more than a month now and my order status still backed ordered. Their website still let people order the stuff. This is a scam company. I hope people see this complaint and do not order any more cig from them. They will take your money and run. I'm currently disputing the charge with my credit card company.
