I ordered 10 Instabulbs and was given a ship date of 01/25/2013, order# TELB12021274. I received the 10 bulbs approximately 02/06/2013. Two of the bulbs were inoperable. I contacted the company by telephone, 1-800-921-0650 and was given a return shipping number of RMA 13511581. The mailing address is RMA 13511581, Van Nuys Wharehouse, 7850 Russner Ave., Van Nuys, California 91406, Telephone # 1-800-777-4034. After not receiving the replacement bulbs after 2 weeks, I called again and was given a reference number 12511272, and was told the damaged bulbs I sent was received 02/11/2013, and to expect the replacements in 7 days. I have not received them.
