In July of 2012, I signed up for $14.95 USD worth of services. All on that one day was urged to sign on for more "unlimited" services. The total charges to my card came to $110 USD It took awhile because I trusted this company based on reviews read, but ultimately I realized that though I had contracted for 9 GB of storage, they'd afforded me 49 MB, and the files stored on my account were a mere fraction of the files I had on my computer. More recently I read in a complaint review that if one does not notify the company, two weeks in advance, it auto renews, charging your card. Turns out this is true. I wrote customer service numerous times and was answered by a different individual each reply. At first I was promised a refund, then much stalling around Pay Pal refunding, then a refund of $37.42 USD or equally ridiculous, out of the hat sum. Final insult, they warned me that they were charging $14.95 USD for me to early terminate my year's "contract." To sum up, inferior service in the first place, bad customer relations, and fine-print charges added on. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with an online company. Oh, they did offer me 6 months additional free, but I could not trust them and just had to cancel(then pay for it) so they have no excuse to charge me. I don't have access to the computer from which they stored my files, and s they didn't store most of them anyway, the company has really cost me more than the waste of money and time. I had research-writing work in progress I can not now ever recover though I paid to secure it. DO NOT buy into their scam practices.
