We started with their offer of $14.95 a month on January 10, 2013 for internet service. Today we get get a bill for $141.86 and we haven't even had them for a full month yet! They gave NO set time to me when they would end this offer. I tried to call customer service and complained about the bill and they eventually hung up on me!
