The company is a scam. They had an offer from Fandango that if i register and purchase things worth $5 from godaddy.com I will get two tickets for Fandango Movies.
I went to the link and got two websites and paid $6.77.
After not receiving the confirmation of two tickets, I emailed the customer service team and i got back the reply saying..
'SORRY, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE".
There was no reason specified as to why I was not eligible? I completed the transaction over $5. I was a new customer and everything..
Anyways, on emailing them that I will write this on scambook and local news, they deactivated my account ..

In cases where offers were not credited instantly, we do have a receipts process as noted in our Term and Conditions below:

    "Depending on the offer completed, there may be a delay in receiving your product due to a delay in reporting of offer completion to TrialPay from the third-party. The times specified in the TrialPay checkout process for order fulfillment are estimates only. In cases where the delay exceeds the estimated completion time, you may submit proof of the completed advertiser (called a "receipt") for manual review.”

    If you submitted a GoDaddy receipt then your receipt was sent to our partners at GoDaddy for verification. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate your customer account with the information you have provided in this post. However, due to your dissatisfaction, we will be happy to investigate your matter further- if you could please write into [email protected] with this forum’s url included in your body, we will be able to assist you with out further delay.
