I SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER ASST. ON 1/18/13. ABOUT THE CONTRACT AND ASKED IF THERE WOULD BE A PENALTY SINCE BROTHER WILL NOT BE GONING HOME, DUE TO HIS CANCER TREATMENTS. THE CUSTOMER ASST. PUT ME ON HOLD AND WHEN HE CAME BACK . I WAS TOLD MY BROTHER WOULD NOT BE PENALTIZED FOR EARLY CANCELATION. NOW I RECEIVED A BILL THAT HAS OVERDUE. $376.24 I NEED AN ANWSER TO WHY ON 1/18/13 I WAS TOLD NO PENALTY NOW I HAVE THIS LARGE BILL!! NELDA(SISTER)!
