I WAS CALLED BY AN INDIAN GUY, MAYBE FROM INDIA. HE STATED MY COMPUTER WAS THREATENED, AND I NEEDED HIS COMPANY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HE SAID HACKERS HAVE GOTTEN ALL MY PERSONNAL INFORMATION, ANY MAY USE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I WAS SO SCARED, SO PAID 169.99 FOR A YEAR SERVICE. WHEN I CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER ONE DAY FOR HELP, AN INDIAN WOMEN ANSWERED ON A PRE RECORDED MESSAGE STATING ALL REP. WERE BUSY. AFTER LISTENING TO THE MESSAGE ABOUT 12 TIMES, SHE HANGS UP. THIS IS A SCAM. I EMAIL THE COMPANY DEMANDING A TOTAL REFUND, BUT HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING. I HAVE SEEN MANY OF THE SAME COMPLANINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
