I was told that they (eprotectionz)was with Microsoft and could verify that my computer was full of virus. How they got into my computer, I don't know. But they showed me different areas of the computer where it looked like I had bad stuff. They wanted to fix everything for me for only $259 and continue to monitor my computer for virus, with unlimited sessions, 365*2 for the next 24 months. Next time I had a problem they said "fixed" and went away. Now I know that they are scammers and I want to report them as such. Beware of pop-ups, and phone calls claiming to be with Microsoft.
