I brought two Lifeproof cases for our new iphones. After about 3 months the rubber around the edeges came away from the actual case, a couple of months later my husband case did the same thing. We have been trying to contact lifeproof on the number given in the package each time we call the operator tells us all their customer service personnel are dealing with other customers...I gave up TWO HOURS later of just leaving my phone on loud speaker. In order to give the company the benefit of doubt i tried again and again and once again 0ne hour, thirty mins, twenty mins of hanging on....when speaking to a friend who brought a lifeproof cover for herself and son also tried to contact the company and gave up because they failed to answer the calls.
