I bought a lifeproof (water proof case) for my iphone on july 7th. I followed all directions as listed on the box. I tested in a bowl of water as recomended. After test i took into pool and everything seemed to been fine. Two days later i tested again and i realized the case was leaking. Well in this case it was to late the phone was damaged. Well i called the company lifeproof to inquire about the warranty. They informed me that electronics were not covered. Not sure i understand this theory as the product is made for the iphone which is a electronic device. The company will not cover the product. From here i contacted At&t where the salesman sold me the item. Well they are unable/unwilling to help. The major problem with this entire event is the product is marketed through commericals and internet advertisments. The salesman sold this item with the understanding that the phone would be save. So no one was willing to help! Im out a defective case and a new iphone.
