on 11/21/12 ordered a scientific atlanta 8300 hd/dvr set top for $230.00 by check,did this over the pnone when they called back . Was promise i would receive item in 7/10 days . Never came after repeated calls emails still never received any reply back.It 12/11/12 and nothing they refused to call
