I tried the $4.95 30 day trial for an electronic cigarette. All of the sudden I got charged $99.95 on my credit card. There was a suprise contract that came with the trial offer. There was no time to get out of the way of this questionable offer. They make it very hard to deal with them as the phone # that you recieve does not work. If you call the # a recording comes on and says that this # is not assigned. You have to change your credit card # and file a dispute.
There is also a negative option clause in this contract that says they will send you more stuff down the road that you will be liable for if you do not notify them in the alloted time. You do not have enough time to evade this issue as the clock starts ticking the moment you make the order, even though you have not recieved the goods.
This is no way to do bussiness. I am finding online that there are others who are having the same problem that I am.
You can get a much better deal online if you just google electronic cigarette.
