I bought to DVR's and I was told they would work with RCN. After 2 RCN techs tried over the phone with no success and 1 RCN TEch actually came to my house with no success. I notified the seller by vmail at 2 numbers and email at two addresses that I wanted to return them. He never responds. So I am sending them back for a refund.
