I Rcieveda call asking for me by a woman who said her name was Susan Williams cslling from Microsoft technical department, and that there were viruses in my computer and they could remove them. I let them take control of my unit, and I watched as they remotely did technical stuff on my computer. She also told me they would call me back to check my Laptop unit the next day, and that I wasnt to let anyone else do this for me. Then on 11/21 I got a call from a guy in Indie who told me that he wanted to return the $151 that I had paid to them, but I said no and he got very upsed and said that he would charge me $200 if didn't let him send it bsck to me! He told me that he could do that because he had all my information! So I immeadiatly canceled the Credit card
