I am a victim of cybercrime security scam company called said my computer was infected and being controlled by unknown persons my norton system would not detect this. gave me a new IP code charged me 351 dollars. On 10/29/2012 called and said they wanted to refund money wanted me to follow instructions on my computer. researched company listed this as a scam
