US Public Yellow Pages called in May 2012 to 'verify info' for their free directory. Church employee answered yes when asked to verify the church address. We received faxes that were assumed junk mail since we do not ever advertise in the yellow pages of any kind. Last week the phone calls started with the collections person playing a bogus recording of the church employee saying 'yes' to a lot of questions and 'yes' to authorizing a listing and charge of $599.00. This never took place. The recording was faked. They have called again. We have reported it to the FTC, the Kansas Atty General and the BBB of NV as that is the only address available.
