They said we ordered a web page ad. We did not! What they did was asked an unsuspecting employee a few questions and said she ordered it. Then they send you a bill. This bogus sleazy company then calls and plays a low budget recording of the call to the employee and say they are sending you to collections if you don't pay. The person (looser) who called me was from the "pre legal" department his name was Nathan Forbes complete liar and dick. Don't fall for it!

  • We have had the same thing happen to us. I refuse to give my credit card to someone over the phone for something we didnt authorize. First call was in May 2012, said we owed over 600.00 but would settle for 599.99 if we paid with credit card that day. They said they could cancel the account, then record you. I told them I would not pay, they would have to send an invoice, no invoice. all was quiet until October...they called again saying they were from thier collection agency. I told them I still had not recieved a bill. So a week later I get a phony bill. It looks real alright, but he said I started the advertising contract with them in May....but she said in May that she was cancelling.. I told him to prove it to me, this is when they let you listen to the recording, which is your voice, but not the whole conversation, parts are missing and differnent questions are asked. I just stopped answering calls. I filed with the BBB in Nevada, and since, there have been many other complaints rolling in. I also filed with the Postmaster for Fraudelant Mail, and also with the federal trade commissions. I urge you to do the same, the more complaints the more we can stop them or at least warn others if they search for more info on the internet.
