I feel and think this is a fraud on my behalf now. It all started with the sales of this Used Hunter tire changing machine model TC3250 for the cost of $2850, I have here at my shop. The buyer was making Payment thru paypal. The buyer (Mr. Peter Flood)had required it thru paypal with the payment of $3,900.00 usd to have been paid to me and for the shipping expense.The payment is broken down like this: tire changer TC3250 in the amount of $2850,money gram fee $100 and $950 to the shipping agent. He(buyer) also requested paypal to have me do a transaction for him to complete this transaction and closed the deal and have money wired to my account.I figure it was nessarily to do so and sounds binding and went ahead with the transaction.So, i went to wal-mart to send the money gram For the amount of $950.00 USD plus money gram fee of $57.50 USD to the shipping agent (Sane Mataitusi)as instructed. Then came online again to give Paypal the reference# only,as payment to be verified and be credit to my account.Paypal email me back saying that they will wire or credit my account in 12 hours or so. Instead, the following day when i came online to check my account to be credit. There was no funds at all, yet i checked my email again and was being asked by Paypal again to due another transaction to close the deal. I was upset and wrote back to them saying to them (paypal) that this was the buyer responsibly to do his own shipping,insurance,and/or any other transaction fee. As (buyer) had his own agency or what he wanted done, be done on his behalf.Paypal insisted, i go on with this final transaction as they say fund of $5,150.00 USD was to be credit to my accountas follow: additional $1,100 for the insurance fee made to Mr. Frederick Arndt,plus $150.00 USD wire to me for the westren union fee was to be credit on my account once i made this last transaction.I figure, being out on $1007.50 USD in the first transaction. I go on with it to close the deal. Now, the funds were increasing and i didnt wanted to be out on the $1007.00 spend. I gave in, doing this next transaction for the insurance fee for the item i sold to them in the amount of $1,100.00 USD to Insurance fee paid directly to Mr. Fredreck Arndt thru send western union, and additional fee of $111.00 USD i paid to western union as instructed by paypal to do so and give paypal the conformation number only and waited for my account credit to close this transaction to complete the deal and be credit once and for all into my account.Once again, they told me the same thing, give them another 24hours before funds will be credit to my account. The following day, i checked again. No funds, what so ever was ever credit to my account. Yet, i got another email requiring me to do another series of transaction to closed the deal. I wrote back to them saying i didn't wanted to do any more transaction for them as this was exqulasting into a much bigger amount now. All this time i was out upfront on all these expense.Yet, still not being credit for anything from paypal. Now, i am out of funds and time to do so. I had asked paypal to resloved this matter, telling them it was all supposely to be done on the buyer behalf to do his or her own shipping,insurance, and or anything else they wanted.Because, they have their own shipping companay, insurance provider, or anything they wanted done on there own. I had asked paypal to resloved this matter with the buyer or to fully refund me my money and close this case as i am out now Of $2218.00 USD. Paypal will not respond or do anything to help me out as to resloved this matter. So today, i am asking you (dear sir or madam)for you help.
