I purchased 1 bottle of the green coffee for the price of $52.95. This was to be for trial bases.The next day I saw my account was charged for $128.95. When I called them to inquire about the monies.I was told that I had purchased 1 bottle of green coffee,1 bottle of saffron and their lifestyle plan. I expressed my surprise.Not seeing, or knowing anything about the plan or saffron.I told them they added those things to my account.They denied this.I told them I wanted to cancel it and get my money back. I was told I couldnt because of being in their lifestyle plan. What a rip off CO.

- You can't simply place an order on their website. I tried, but they just bombard you with constant popups to get you to increase the number of bottles you order, try to push other products, automatic plans, etc. Then when they get the order wrong, and you e-mail them immediately to change it nobody ever responds to your e-mails. When you finally get somebody to answer the phone, they tell you the incorrect/cancelled order has already been shipped, they actually don't ship it for another 4 days. After all this they have the have the nerve to refuse to pay for return shipping. They can take up to 2 weeks to process your return when they get it and a full 30 days to issue a refund.
