On 9/22/12 I ordered 1 bottle of their product for $48.-, and clicked on their "get another bottle for $18" offer. Their e-mail confirmation was for 5 bottles for $166, so I e-mailed them immediately and asked them to correct the order. I then tried to call them called but got a recording to call back during business hours, which are 9-5 M-F. I called again at 9 AM on Monday, 9/22 and asked them to cancel my order completely. They told me the 5 bottles had already been shipped and there was nothing they could do about it. I thought it was strange, since they weren't open over the weekend.
On 9/25/12 my credit card was charged for $166. I got a shipping notice saying my order had just gone out that day.
I called them again, and they tell me I have to wait for the order to arrive, get their return approval number, pay for the return postage, and return it within 7 days to get the $166 refund. They should pay the return postage since they got the order wrong, had time to cancel it and lied about it already having shipped before 9/22/12.
