On On September 26th I spoke with associate Edwin Silva in requards to my checking account. I was requesting a statement as to were the funds of said account were. I didn't receive them, coming from my unemployment benefits for a period of 7 weeks.A Supervising Labor Services Representative at the Labor Department inform me that those payments was never returned to the Labor Department as Mr. Silva informed me that the benefits were sent bank to The Department of Labor because the account was closed. He also show it to me on the screen. Also gave me a statement, but the statement didn't say were the funds went. I had contact the Labor Department as to where about's of these funds. I was sent a letter from the Department of Labor stating that the benefit payment's listed below were received by JP Morgan Chase Bank in said account number. Present this letter to the bank s confirmation that these payments were intended to be deposited into your account.

On October 5, 20012 I returned to get a confirmation as to these funds, Branch Manager Lenore Windisch would not give me a statement or even attempt to access the computer, she said it was down. My wife was their as my witness. She gave me a long story about the funds she didn't know were they were, she would investigate. She new that in the past I received statement that certain pages were intentionally left blank, all linked account were deducted puting me into an overdraft account. I was informed I should go to the Dectective's Fraud Department to file a compliant. I was looking a scambook, I'm hoping that with this compliant hopefully Chase will agree to a settlement before it reaches that stage.
