I purchsed microsoft 2010 from them last night and they have supposedly sent me the actvation key - However I have not been able to get to the downloading site given as www.bestsoftwaresupport.net to login and download. So I logged into the completesoftwaresupport site and was chatting with someone supposedly named Harmon who was being very vague about the fact that I had already told him that I had the key nd asked him him to supply me with a hypelink to the download site he appeared ignore this and he then advised me to check my email containing the actvation key and when I questiond him as to why he advised me that it was to check for the activation key and then when I said to him again that I already have the activation key I was thrown out of that site and the chat

- Purchased a program from BestSoftwareSupport.net on 9/2 and it would not load onto my computer. I went to their Live Chat and asked for my money back. They kept wanting remote access to my computer and wen I told them I would not give them that they got very mad (I now think that was all they really wanted, was to get on my computer.) I continued to ask for my money back over and over. I was passed from one "LIVE CHAT" to another. After 3 days of this and many bad conversations, they said they gave me my money back (I have not check it yet) but then they said that they reported ME to BadCustomer.net and it would effect MY and MY HUSBANDS credit score. They told me that I would not be able to use that credit card again to purchase online and also that I would not be able to purchase from online stores or websites because the put my computer IP address in as well. **All I did was ask for my money back because they have a 30 day money back guarantee posted all over their site.
