I purchased Microsoft Office/Student. I ran into problem after the first step. The program wouldn't download. Since then I have been trying to locate the web site and have been unable, it's like it's disappeared. I have been looking at my e-mail daily waiting for the key and have not received it.
Shame on you! I want my refund. Hopefully others will be wiser than I was. Don't purchase anything from this site.
