From the website deadseakitandlushilluminations I ordered separately the free trial offers of both the dead sea kit and the lush anti wrinkle cream.
My MBNA card was debited with the postages of $6.27 and $5.23 on 17th July 2012 and the products eventually arrived.
On 31 July 2012 MBNA card debited $92.06 by deadsea.com. Looked at website. Now states that kit must be returned within 14 days or monthly charge of $92.06 will be taken for refills. I have selected the no further refills required option but A)Am concerned further debits will be taken and B) That debit was unauthorised as no such information was given originally and anyway what would be the point of returning a free trial offer.

Now it is the turn of Lush Illuminations to debit $103.32 0n 25 August 2012. I cannot even get onto their website but as you have several similar complaints about them already I think you understand the problem. Can you help me get my money back?
